Paul Wilson, Director

paul-smallPaul started in the Recruitment industry in 1994 with a ‘big end of town’  Executive Recruitment consultancy, then founded Wilbart Associates in 1996. Prior to this, Paul had a long history in Sales and Marketing Management within (predominately) the manufacturing sector, including working for national and international companies. The main focus was in the Chemical and Engineering sectors, and he experienced exposure to overseas markets in Europe and South East Asia.

Paul is passionate about building strong long term client relationships by forming a sound understanding of client business strategies and penetrating a company culture in order to learn the key drivers in a business – and the key growth strategies that the board and senior management have.


Adam Wilson, Non Executive Director

adamAdam part-owns Wilbart Associates and provides guidance in his role as Non Executive Director.  He has nearly 30 years of corporate and senior management experience in a variety of sectors, including stints overseas and interstate.   He has worked with and in the Executive Teams of well known Companies since his mid-twenties, being exposed to some very talented business leaders and thinkers.

Barry’s enormous breadth of knowledge and experience in HR/IR spans some 35 years.   He has held senior HR roles with a number of large organisations, including Toyota Australia as National Manager HR Operations, Feltex Carpets as Group HR Manager and the Costa Group as General Manager Human Resources.”



Andrew Jobling, Associate Consultant

These key experiences and determination to learn have enabled Andrew to significantly improve his own circumstances and those of others.   He helps the employees of our Clients live a life of passion – totally in alignment with their core values. He is passionate about helping people believe in their own power, expand personal boundaries and create positive long term change – that they may live happier, healthier and dynamic lives.

Jackie Matthews, Consultant

Jacqui-(1)Jackie is a dedicated professional with over 20 years experience in Sales and Customer Service Management.  This background has provided Jackie with a solid foundation on which to apply her knowledge of Human Resource Management.  Jackie contributed to the development and administration of Wilbart Associates key performance management program – ‘Developing Key People’ – through her knowledge and expertise in Behavioural based software. This insight enables Jackie to advise companies on implementing positive changes within their organisation, to help improve their bottom line and customer communications.

Jackie is passionate about training and developing teams and individuals, as well as working on the ‘shop floor’ dealing with clients, customer service and sales.


Neil O’Sullivan, Investigative Consultant

wilbart-Neil-O'SullivanBefore leaving the Victoria Police, Neil was Detective Superintendent, Professional Practices Division of the Ethical Standards Department.  He took part in the investigation and prosecution of corruption within the Victoria Police Force.  Neil investigated matters raised under the Whistleblower Protection Act 2001 and became an ethical standards specialist within the Force, contributing key documentation and procedures to help raise standards.

His experience is based on a distinguished, multi-faceted career that includes:

  • Establishment of the Victoria Police Asia Crime Squad
  • Senior Lecturer at the Victoria Police Detective Training School
  • Inspector in Charge, Accident Investigation Section
